Selecting the right candidate
The stages of selection
- Once the received applications are processed, potential candidates are filtered by the experts of the relevant professional field, using a range of psychological and personality tests
- The first interview is conducted via phone, then the next one in person (we discuss the milestones of the applicant’s professional career, measure his/her professional competencies, skills and characteristics, provide a description of available possibilities, and agree on motivational factors, career aspirations and the next steps).
- If the relevant position requires, the candidates must participate in a range of special tests (such as sales, stress or monotony tests), which is followed by the prospective personal meeting with the client’s management.
- We organize and follow-up the meetings with both parties, observing the interests of the client as well as those of the candidate.
