Junior BI&Data Architect
About the position
Lead the data model and data integration (ETL etc.) design of the IT platforms and DWH, apply Enterprise Data modelling and Data integration Architecture guidelines, Participate in Enterprise Architecture conceptual work.
- Contribute to planning and designing the IT (BI) Data modelling and data integration architecture. Participate in application development projects, vendor and/or product selection and testing activities. Prepare and update Enterprise Data modelling and Data integration Architecture Guide and apply it in development projects Design or lead the design of data modelling and data integration (ETL based, not on demand) part of development projects Continuous cooperation and collaboration with Group Technology data architects and with other Group companies.. Co-work in application development project with Solution Analysts, IT Security and IP network experts to contribute to infrastructure solution design, hardware sizing, hardware selection criteria and server software licensing options to achieve the project goals. Consider the implementation cost / TCO when elaborating technical solution alternatives / proposal Ensure the completeness of IT data model and data integration-related tasks in (BI) projects. Design capacity monitoring / performance measurement method, framework of Integration solution Contribute to the regular analysis and reporting activities of the capacity, performance, and quality of the IT infrastructure and the applications. Contribute to the identification and timely forecasting of areas of improvement. Contribute to creating enhancement proposals targeting capacity, performance and quality goals. Contribute to the IT Infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX budget planning with continuous savings kept in mind. Contribute to the elaboration of data storage and resource architecture vision (physical, virtualization etc.) Contribute to the elaboration of DWH software platform architecture Explore new data modelling, data integration and BI technologies Contribute to the design of BI solutions.
- University/college degree preferably IT or Telco specific Strong IT background in Telco business At least 1-2 years working experience Good written and oral communication skills both in Hungarian and English
