Primary responsibilities
- Developing the company's gene analysis software
- Developing the following: Standalone Java application, CI/CD tools, Bioinformatics tools, Data visualization, Performance critical algorithms
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Works according to the IT security policy description
Requirements
- Java 5-8 years development experience
- Strong OOP knowledge
- Ability to write clean code
- Knowledge or interest in biology, genetics
- Agile mindset
- Experience with Linux, Jira, Confluence, Git, JUnit, Maven
- Fluent English (both Oral and Written)
- Spring Boot and SQL knowledge
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- Driven to continuous improvement
- Committed to quality results
- Quick learner
